Terms of Service

1. What Cortaly Is

Cortaly is a traffic-exchange service: members submit websites, view other members' sites for a timed interval to earn credits, and spend credits to have their own site or banner shown to other members. Credits may also be purchased directly for real money where enabled. Either way, credits are a one-way, non-redeemable unit of access to the service — they cannot be cashed out, transferred between accounts, or resold, and are not a currency, security, deposit, or investment.

2. Account Eligibility & Conduct

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to register. One account per person. You agree not to use bots, scripts, browser automation, multiple accounts, or any other method to artificially generate credits or visits. Attempts to circumvent the surf verification system (timers, heartbeat checks, browser environment checks) are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of credits.

3. Submitted Sites

You are responsible for the content of any site you submit. Illegal content, malware, phishing, or content that violates the rights of others is prohibited and will be removed; the associated account may be banned. We review submissions but do not guarantee tracking of every change made to a submitted site after approval.

4. Credits & Fair Use

Credit amounts, dwell times, and verification requirements are configurable and may change. We monitor for manipulation (timing anomalies, automation signatures, duplicate accounts) and reserve the right to reverse credits, suspend accounts, or ban sites we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently.

5. Paid Credit Purchases

Where enabled, credits can be bought for real money via our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card details. Purchased credits are added to your account automatically once payment is confirmed and, because that delivery happens immediately, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase by checking the confirmation box at checkout, to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction. Purchases are otherwise final and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable tax.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

7. Disclaimer

Cortaly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content or behavior of member-submitted sites viewed through the surf feature.
